Where do I start with Tumay? She is a magician. We booked her to take photos of our 8-month old. He slept terribly the night before and was very crabby when she arrived. Yet Tumay managed to get him smiling and delivered a set of photos in just 2 days (!!!) that were soooo beautiful. She's extremely high energy and knows how to get a baby's attention and keep them looking at the camera. In the 90 minutes she was at our house, she shot through 4 sets of outfits, indoors/outdoors, and found the most picturesque nooks in our tiny apartment. She even took photos of our dogs!

Tumay is incredibly talented at capturing special family moments. My 2 year old daughter is very shy and rarely smiles in front of people she doesn't know and by the end of the session, she got her running and smiling! Our photos were perfect. We hired Tumay for a new baby package (bump + newborn shoot) and I couldn't be happier! She was great to communicate with, did an amazing job at both shoots, and just a lovely person overall which added a huge component to have good chemistry with the photographer. I was super skeptical as I just booked off of just her reviews but she DID NOT disappoint and really feel that she went above and beyond to get the perfect shots. Did I mention I have a husband who's first choice wasn't to spend his time doing a photo shoot and we have an over-active german Shepard to add to the mix? She handled everything flawlessly and we had so much fun during the shoots. We are so happy with these memories we will have forever. Thank you!

Tumay with Tiny Forrest took my maternity photos a few weeks ago. The pictures turned out amazing! She was so easy to be around and super excited about the shoot. Going into the shoot I was a little nervous, but her excitement rubbed off on me and created a light, easy going environment that definitely shined through in the final prints. Not only do I love the photos but she sent me some sneak peaks as she was editing the photos...which was super cool. She'll be in town again when our baby is born and we can't wait to have her take photos of our new family!!!

We had Tumay photograph our new baby girl. She made it super easy and fun! She was flexible with her schedule and made coordinating the photoshoot simple for us to work around the baby's nap schedule. She came to our house and made it very comfortable for us. We are couldn't be happier with the photos. They turned out amazing and really captured our baby's sweet personality. She even got a few extra shots of our fur-babies and us as a family that I'll cherish forever. We will definitely be using her again for more photos throughout the years. I met Tumay at a bar in the mission after she overheard me chatting with friends about finding a wedding photographer. She happened to be there to celebrate her new cover on SF magazine and introduced herself. I loved her maternity shots and decided to go with her for the wedding. Absolutely no regrets. If you are looking for a wonderful photographer for a newborn shoot or otherwise Tumay with Little Forest is amazing! She came to my home and was so warm and friendly and was really great at providing some structure and direction to the flow of the shoot. She captured THE MOST amazing photos of us with our son. Like so beautiful I have them all over our house. It was a very special time for us he was around a week old and it was wonderful to have these special moments captured. I already referred her to a couple moms in my mom group and am looking to have her do another shoot for us now that my son is around a year old to capture yet another special time period in his and our life. I would highly recommend her to capture your family and special moments as well!

Tumay came to my apartment to shoot a session with our newborn baby boy. Not knowing what to expect, I was a bit anxious. However, Tumay's energy, warmth and enthusiasm immediately made me feel at ease and relaxed. It's obvious how much Tumay enjoys her work. She was able to make our session fun and guided us into poses without making it feel phony or forced. Tumay has a great eye and was able to identify wonderful photo opportunities in our tiny apartment and adjust the light, as needed, to capture sweet, candid photos. We are so pleased with our experience and happy to have so many photos that we'll cherish.

We absolutely loved working with Tumay and her assistant for our maternity photo shoot. She was able to find great lighting in a handful of different locations. I had the great fortune of coming across Tumay through the SF parents of multiples club. She came to my home to do a newborn photo shoot (crucial for a mom of newborn twins) and had so many great, creative ideas. She was so easy to work with, which came across in the relaxed, genuine feel of the photos. She captured so many great sweet and quirky expressions of our twins that we love so much, along with some very tender moments. I chose Tumay because I loved her work that I saw online, and we wanted documentary-style photos rather than posed studio portraits. She did not disappoint! Both our maternity and newborn photos turned out beautifully. Tumay was casual and relaxed with us during the session, but she also had little suggestions while shooting to make sure the details turned out well in every shot. Highly recommended!

Tumay was beyond patient with my three kids. It's always hard to get photos taken of them being their 8, 5, and 2 with a lot of energy. My kids felt extremely comfortable around her, and listened to her suggestions making the process lovely.
She definitely took the time to understand everyone of them, she has a magic touch with littles and what she is capturing while beyond the camera.
She has an artist vision, and her photos are magically gorgeous!
I was blown away at the beauty she captured on film, she perfectly caught everyone of my children's personality in the photos. The sweetness, and innocent look of a child that you would want to remember forever. I highly recommend tiny forest photography, especially if you have little ones.

Decided to get married at City Hall in San Francisco to keep it simple. So I decided to get photographs taken. Tiny Forest popped up as a sponsored ad on my FaceBook. The ad was a couple getting married at City Hall in San Francisco and the photos looked great. So I contacted Tumay and her price was reasonable and in my budget. Tumay was professional and even early so we were able to get plenty of shots before the ceremony. She knew all the best spots so we were able to move quickly and get a bunch of great shots. Which also worked perfect because I was crying and messed up my make-up a little and I would not have wanted to take many photos after. I received an email 3-4 days later saying the photos were ready to be viewed after she said it would take about a week.
I could not be happier with how the photos turned out. Thank you Tumay for being apart of out special day. You did a fantastic job. Can only rate 5 stars would definitely give her 6 stars.
